DIRECTOR'S CHAIR —Booking & Rental Terms
Rental: R100
Refundable Deposit: R150
- The R150 deposit is refunded when the chair is returned in good condition.
- The chair must be returned at the designated SEAT28 exit/return point before leaving the event.
- The customer is responsible for the chair from collection until it is returned to SEAT28 staff.
- Lost, stolen or unreturned chairs will result in the R150 deposit being forfeited and the customer may be charged the remaining replacement cost.
- Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, burns or deliberate damage.
- Chairs may not be removed from the event premises.
- The chair must be used responsibly and for seating only.
- The same chair issued to the customer must be returned.
- SEAT28 staff may refuse a rental where these terms are not accepted or where there is a reasonable safety concern.
